The hotel was built in 1997 and is located at number 8 Zmaj Jovina Street. The structure has five levels with an available surface of over 900 m2 and it is in close proximity to the Freedom Square in downtown Novi Sad.        

   The architectural arrangement of the building combines innovative techniques in construction, along with contemporary aesthetic and economic elements which, as a whole, provide various possibilities for creative   and business expressionism in the spirit of entrepreneurship.

   Hotel Zenit is a garni hotel with an ensemble of nine twin-bed rooms and nine three-bedded rooms, along with one   suite, complete with a salon.

   The hotel is adorned with a design traditional to Vojvodina, with its interior walls decked with noble woods and fabrics, its walls decorated with beautiful ceramics and many floral arrangements which give the hotel a stylish ambiance of comfort, serenity and warmth. The building was constructed in accordance with state of the art methods in engineering, skillfully  blended with its surrounding environment and equipped with high standard paraphernalia such as floor heating and cooling systems; all rooms include a telephone/interphone, audio and satellite installations and a mini   bar.
 
   The hotel also has a free WI-FI system, which is available throughout the entire hotel, a parking lot with round the clock video supervision, rent-a-car services and a pet box. On demand, we can accommodate baby cribs and baby stools in our restaurant
